This award honours individuals or organisations who champion inclusion, equity, and leadership in the Asian triathlon community. We strongly focus on discovering nominees from regions with limited opportunities for women in sport across Asia.

3 Mentorship & Education 25% Guidance and educational opportunities sharing knowledge.
4 Community Engagement 25% Active involvement in local triathlon communities and events.
5 Inclusivity & Representation 10% Accessibility for diverse backgrounds with a 'no one left behind' mindset.
